PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS: For those who are interested in deepening their practice, or those with special needs, private one on one yoga sessions are available.
CONTEMPLATIVE DANCE AND AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT: This is a practice often referred to as a moving meditation. Moving, being witnessed and embracing the inner material that emerges offers an opportunity to draw nearer to self, other and relationship with the Divine. This work is done in a circle, creative art forming, journaling and clay work is generally used as another vehicle to continue the process begun in the movng session.
IMAGERY: This is part of the tablework that takes clients into a relaxed state offering the opportunity for the immune system to restore itself. Positive, creative metaphors drawn from anatomy and physiology are used to enhance learning and open up new possibilities of movement and expression.

|KINETIC AWARENESS : Kinetic Awareness is one approach to somatic education that provides an opportunity to explore movement potential and develop movement possibilities. Because this system of body discovery and therapy uses graduated rubber balls to enhance body awareness and release excess muscular tension, Kinetic Awareness is often referred to as "The Ball Work". Balls placed under various parts of the body provide contact with inner sensations, bringing a deeper psycho-physical awareness.|
